Ice Dance: Compulsory Dance
One of the two Compulsory Dances announced for 2008/2009 will be executed in each of the six events.
The prescribed Compulsory Dances determined by the IDTC for each event are as follows:

• Skate America, USA Viennese Waltz
• HomeSense Skate Canada, CAN Paso Doble
• Cup of China, CHN Viennese Waltz
• Trophée Eric Bompard, FRA Paso Doble
• Cup of Russia, RUS Viennese Waltz
• NHK-Trophy, JPN Paso Doble

The ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final will take place in:
Seoul, Republic of Korea
December 10 – 14, 2008

Ice Dance Requirements Season 2008/09

Requirements for the Ice Dance Season 2008/09 have been published.
Compulsory Dance:

• Junior Events: Starlight Waltz or Paso Doble.
• Senior Events: Viennese Waltz, Finnstep or Paso Doble.

Original Dance:

• Junior and Senior: Rhythms and Dances of the 1920's, 1930's or 1940's.
